How the welcome credit works.

  • The $25 welcome credit is for a new Appliance Crew customer referred by an existing Appliance Crew customer.
  • It may be applied toward the referred customer’s first qualifying paid repair.
  • One welcome credit per new referred household.
  • The credit is not redeemable for cash.
  • A booking alone does not create a cash balance.
  • Canceled appointments and no-shows do not qualify.
