JennAir traces its modern brand story to 1965, when Lou Jenn introduced downdraft ventilation to residential cooking. By moving ventilation to the cooking surface, the concept opened new possibilities for island and open-kitchen layouts. Repair with approval
If you approve the repair, the service call and diagnostic are waived. Where appropriate, appliance operation is checked after repair work is completed. Qualifying repairs include a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
