Repair and warranty
8 answersYour appointment will be assigned to an Appliance Crew service technician based on scheduling, service area and the appliance information provided with your booking.
The appliance brand, model, serial number and problem description help us prepare for the visit. Some repairs can be completed during the initial visit, while others require a specific component and a return appointment.
Replacement components are selected based on the appliance, model and repair requirements. If you have a question about a specific component or repair option, ask before approving the repair.
Qualifying repairs include a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
Contact Appliance Crew and tell us what is happening. We will review the prior service and determine whether the issue falls within the warranty applicable to the qualifying repair.
If the repair does not make sense based on what we find, we will explain that before you approve the work. The decision to repair or replace remains yours.
Where appropriate, we check appliance operation after the repair work is completed.
Some repairs can be completed during the first visit. Others require a specific component or additional work and may need a return appointment. We do not promise repair completion before the appliance has been diagnosed.
Before your visit
5 answersMake sure there is clear access to the appliance and provide any useful information you have, such as the brand, model, serial number, error code or a description of the problem.
The label location varies by appliance. If you can find it safely, take one clear photo of the entire label with both MODEL and SERIAL visible. You can also text the label photo to 645.240.0004.
Someone who can provide access and approve the service should be available for the visit, unless other access arrangements have been confirmed with Appliance Crew in advance.
For most non-emergency problems, leave the appliance in its current condition so the technician can evaluate the issue. If there is an active leak, visible smoke, a burning odor or another immediate safety concern, prioritize safety first and disconnect utilities only if you can do so safely.
Appliance type, brand, model and serial label photo, error code, what the appliance is doing, when the issue began and any useful access information for the property.
Service areas
1 answerAppliance Crew's primary direct-service area is centered around Boca Raton and Delray Beach and includes Highland Beach, Deerfield Beach, Boynton Beach, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge, Hillsboro Beach and Lighthouse Point.
Outside our primary direct-service area? Contact us anyway. We may still be able to help through our trusted South Florida service network.
Urgent situations
4 answersKeep the doors closed as much as practical and call 561.933.9955. Tell us the brand, whether the refrigerator side, freezer side or both are affected, and when you first noticed the change. We will check the earliest available appointment for your area.
If you can safely stop the appliance or water source without entering standing water or creating an electrical risk, do so. Protect the surrounding area if it is safe, then contact Appliance Crew. If there is a significant electrical or property-safety concern, use the appropriate emergency or utility service first.
If the temperature is changing unexpectedly, contact us and tell us what the display is showing and whether the unit is still cooling. We will check the earliest available appointment for your area.
Do not continue operating the appliance. Move to a safe location and contact 911, the gas utility or the appropriate emergency service if there may be a gas, fire or immediate safety hazard. Appliance Crew should only service the appliance after the property has been determined safe.
