  • Property managers, real estate agents and brokers, interior designers, concierge services, home builders, developers, and short-term rental management companies operating in Palm Beach County. We review each application individually. Portfolio size is not a barrier — professionalism and volume potential are what we look for.
  • Once your account is active, 20% is applied automatically to every service call billed under your account — including diagnostic visits, labor, and approved repair work. Parts are billed at our cost. You receive itemized invoices showing both standard and preferred pricing for full transparency.
  • At this time, we operate on a job-by-job payment basis. Invoices are issued at the completion of each service call and payable upon receipt. We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and check payments. Clean, simple, no accounting surprises.
  • Yes. We carry full liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your company or property owners as additional insured on request. W9s, vendor applications, and any other onboarding documentation your company requires are handled promptly at account setup.
  • Referral arrangements are considered on a per-account basis. If referral compensation is important to your business structure, mention it during the onboarding call and we will discuss a structure that works for both parties within the bounds of applicable regulations.
  • Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and Lake Worth. If your portfolio extends into neighboring markets — Wellington, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens — we will discuss those properties individually during onboarding.
