Service for Bosch dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops, compact washers, dryers and other Bosch appliances within our service scope. Tell us what the appliance is doing and Appliance Crew will diagnose the problem, explain what we find and provide the repair price before work begins.
Bosch traces its history to 1886, when Robert Bosch opened the Workshop for Precision Mechanics and Electrical Engineering in Stuttgart, Germany. Today Bosch Home Appliances spans cooking, dishwashing, refrigeration, laundry and connected-home technologies across multiple product series.
Bosch uses different series across its appliance categories, including 100, 300, 500, 800 and Benchmark products depending on the appliance type and generation. Product features and platforms vary by model and generation, which is why model identification matters during service.
Appliance Crew is an independent appliance repair company. Our technicians are experienced with Bosch and other premium household appliances, and manufacturer technical resources may be consulted when appropriate for the specific model.
Bosch has produced many appliance models and product generations. Service availability depends on the appliance type, exact model, condition and replacement-parts availability.
Bosch offers multiple dishwasher series and configurations, including front-control, top-control, panel-ready, 18-inch and 24-inch models. Features vary by series and model, so the model number is important when diagnosing the appliance or sourcing replacement parts.
Bosch cooking products include ranges, wall ovens and cooktops across multiple fuel types and series. Features such as convection, induction, FlexInduction, Home Connect and other controls vary by model.
Bosch refrigeration includes freestanding, counter-depth and built-in configurations across several current and historical series. Cooling systems, freshness features, ice-making equipment and installation details vary by model.
Freezer compartments, bottom-freezer configurations and freezer columns, depending on the model. For built-in or panel-ready equipment, model and installation information can help Appliance Crew understand the appliance before service.
Bosch offers 24-inch compact washers and ventless dryers across several series. Depending on the model and generation, dryer technology may include condensation or heat-pump systems.
Ventless 24-inch dryers built to stack or sit beside a matching compact washer. Depending on the model and generation, dryer technology may include condensation or heat-pump systems.
These are the symptoms Bosch owners describe when they call. Appliance Crew diagnoses the appliance before identifying the failed component or recommending repair work.
Not draining, leaking, not starting, poor washing or drying performance, unusual noises, error messages or controls not responding as expected. An error code such as E15 or E22 is useful information to report, though a code alone does not identify which component has failed.
Not heating, temperature concerns, fan or convection problems, ignition or burner concerns, door issues, error messages, or control and display problems.
Cookware not detected on applicable induction equipment, heating problems, error messages, controls not responding, or other changes in performance.
Not cooling properly, temperature changes, unusual operation, ice-making concerns, door or seal issues, water concerns, or controls not responding.
Drainage, spinning, drying, heating, door, vibration, noise or electronic-control concerns on compact washers and ventless dryers.
Some Bosch appliances use Home Connect for connected features such as remote monitoring, controls and notifications. If a service concern involves connectivity as well as appliance operation, tell us what the appliance and the doing when booking.
Service availability depends on the appliance type, exact model, condition and whether the required replacement parts can be sourced in the United States.
Front-control, top-control, panel-ready, 18-inch and 24-inch models across the 100, 300, 500, 800 and Benchmark series. Features such as CrystalDry, PowerControl and Home Connect appear on some current models rather than on all of them.
Gas, electric, induction and dual-fuel ranges, plus single, double and combination wall ovens. Current United States ranges use the 800 Series and Benchmark families, and wall ovens include 500 Series, 800 Series and Benchmark configurations.
Gas, electric and induction cooktops in several widths and series. Controls and cooking features, including FlexInduction where fitted, differ between models and generations.
Freestanding, counter-depth and built-in configurations, including French door, bottom-freezer and column products. Cooling systems, freshness features, ice equipment and installation details vary by model. Standalone freezers are covered on the freezer repair page.
24-inch compact washers and ventless dryers across the 300, 500 and 800 Series. Dryer technology may include condensation or heat-pump systems depending on the model and generation.
Built-in microwaves, speed ovens and combination cooking equipment within our service scope. Tell us the appliance type and model so we can confirm it before booking.
Bosch has built many appliance generations, and features, platforms and parts differ between them. Identifying the exact appliance is what makes a diagnosis specific rather than general, and it is what determines which replacement parts can be sourced for it.
Appliance Crew works with Bosch and other premium household appliances and approaches diagnosis around the specific appliance, model and reported problem.
Bosch appliances use model identification information that helps identify the exact appliance, technical resources and replacement-part options. If available, provide the model or E-Nr. when booking.
Panel-ready dishwashers, built-in refrigeration, wall ovens and other integrated installations are handled with care around cabinetry and finished surfaces when service access is required.
Replacement-part sourcing depends on the exact Bosch model, component required and current availability in the United States.

Appliance Crew works with a wide range of manufacturers where replacement parts can be sourced in the United States, so if your brand is not shown, contact us with the manufacturer and model and we will help confirm whether it falls within our service scope.
Parts availability in the United States is the practical limit on what can be serviced, not the badge on the front.
