- Every Zephyr service begins with a $150 diagnostic visit. Repair costs vary widely. A hood filter or LED lighting replacement is very different from a blower motor or Presrv compressor service. You receive a written, itemized quote before any work begins, and your $150 diagnostic is credited toward the approved repair.
- Yes. Every component we install is genuine Zephyr OEM. We do not use aftermarket substitutes. OEM parts preserve performance, are consistent with factory warranty terms, and carry the manufacturer's own parts warranty.
- Genuine OEM parts installed during your repair carry the manufacturer's own parts warranty, which is administered directly by Zephyr. Appliance Crews does not provide an additional labor warranty.
