Zephyr design since 1997.

San Francisco-based Zephyr was founded in 1997 and entered the kitchen market with residential ventilation products. Zephyr built its reputation by approaching kitchen ventilation as both a functional appliance and an intentional design element. Over time, the company expanded from design-forward range hoods into Presrv™ refrigeration and, more recently, additional cooking appliances.

Zephyr's product portfolio now spans three major areas: ventilation across the Core, Pro and Designer collections; Presrv™ wine, beverage and specialty refrigeration including refrigerator drawers and dedicated clear-ice equipment; and cooking appliances including microwave drawers and HyperCore™ induction. Compact, undercounter and full-size wine refrigeration in single-zone and dual-zone configurations, including current panel-ready and French-door products. Bottle capacity varies substantially by exact model, bottle dimensions and shelving arrangement. Applicable products use PreciseTemp™ temperature control and Active Cooling Technology. Presrv™ Beverage

Beverage & Full-Size Refrigeration

Undercounter, full-size, panel-ready and model-specific dual-purpose wine-and-beverage configurations. Presrv™ Drawers

Refrigerator & Refrigerator/Freezer Drawers

Current 24-inch refrigerator drawers include single-zone and dual-zone built-in configurations in stainless-steel and panel-ready products, with PreciseTemp™, Active Cooling Technology, Quick Chill and soft-close drawers depending on model. Current Refrigerator Freezer Drawers use two independently controlled zones operating across model-specific freezer, refrigerator and pantry temperature settings, approximately -7°F to 65°F per zone.

Clear Ice

Presrv™ Gourmet Clear Ice Machine

A 15-inch dedicated clear-ice appliance designed for built-in, compact or freestanding installation, with model-specific clear-ice production, water filtration, drainage, guided cleaning, leak protection and touchscreen systems. Current architecture supports model-specific pump and gravity-drain installation arrangements. Performance depends on installation, water conditions, ambient conditions and exact model specifications.

Cooking

HyperCore™ Induction & Microwave Drawers

Current HyperCore™ models use four high-output induction zones with model-specific power and temperature-control modes, ExactTemp™ sensing and a specialized battery-supported electrical architecture. Zephyr Ventilation

Zephyr manufactures wall, island, under-cabinet, insert, custom and downdraft ventilation across its Core, Pro and Designer collections, including current Lift downdraft products. Standalone ventilation service is not automatically part of Appliance Crew's standard appliance service scope. Presrv™ also includes kegerator, beverage and outdoor-certified products; these specialty appliances should be reviewed by exact model, installation and reported concern before service is confirmed.

Call, text or book online. If available, provide the Zephyr appliance type, model number, serial number, displayed error or connected message if any, and the symptom you are experiencing. If the request involves standalone ventilation, service availability must be confirmed before booking.

Diagnose

For appliances within our confirmed service scope, the technician evaluates the appliance and the conditions relevant to the reported problem before recommending repair work.

See the price

The repair price is provided before work begins. If no repair is performed, the service call is $69 residential or $129 commercial. A premium Presrv™ or HyperCore™ appliance installed in a home is a residential service call.

Repair with approval

If you approve the repair, the service call and diagnostic are waived. Where appropriate, appliance operation is checked after repair work is completed. Qualifying repairs include a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
