The Château Series is La Cornue’s highly configurable flagship range family. Current North American Château products span multiple sizes and can combine gas, electric and induction cooking technologies depending on the exact model and configuration.

The Grand Palais 180 sits at the largest end of La Cornue’s current Château range family, with dual vaulted ovens and multiple available rangetop configurations. Exact cooktop configuration varies by commission.
A Contemporary Château
Created with designer Matthew Quinn, Château Moderne reinterprets the Château design with a cleaner contemporary exterior while retaining Château cooking architecture. Current materials feature 150 and 180 configurations.
A Detailed Interpretation
Château Suprême by Ferris Rafauli is a highly detailed current Château interpretation with model-specific finishes and cooking-surface configurations.

CornuFé carries La Cornue’s visual identity into a more standardized range platform. Current North American CornuFé products include the 90 and 110, with gas-burner or induction cooking surfaces and electric convection ovens.

Albertine, approx. 35.4 in
The current CornuFé 90 Albertine is approximately 35.4 inches wide and uses one electric multifunction convection oven with either a five-burner gas cooking surface or five-zone induction configuration. Exact configuration must be confirmed by model.
Approx. 43 in
The current CornuFé 110 is approximately 43 inches wide and uses two electric convection ovens with either a five-burner gas surface or five-zone induction cooking surface. The two oven configurations are not identical.

Electric Wall Oven
La Cornue’s current Château Tourelle is a fully electric built-in wall oven offered in two size formats, F60 at approximately 23.5 inches and F75 at approximately 29.4 inches, designed to coordinate with the Château collection. Exact cooking modes and controls depend on model. Oven & range repair.
Confirm By Model
La Cornue also produces the wall-mounted Flamberge Rôtisserie, a specialized residential gas cooking appliance. Because this is a specialty product, contact Appliance Crew with the exact model and reported concern so service availability can be confirmed before booking.

La Cornue manufactures ventilation designed to coordinate with its Château and CornuFé cooking products. Standalone ventilation service should be confirmed by exact model before booking.
Earlier La Cornue Ranges
Older La Cornue ranges may still be serviceable. Serviceability depends on the exact model, configuration, condition and whether the required replacement parts can still be sourced in the United States. Earlier appliances, including product families such as Centenaire, may differ significantly from current Château G4 and current CornuFé products.

Repair with approval
If you approve the repair, the service call and diagnostic are waived. Where appropriate, appliance operation is checked after repair work is completed. Qualifying repairs include a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
Before we arrive
Model information is especially useful on highly configurable Château appliances. A La Cornue range installed in a private residence is a residential service call: $69 residential if no repair is performed, $129 for an actual commercial service call. There is no premium-appliance surcharge.
