Appliance Crews provides professional diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and installation services for residential and commercial appliances.

Services include but are not limited to:

Refrigerators

Wine coolers

Freezers

Ovens and ranges

Cooktops

Dishwashers

Washers and dryers

Built-in appliances

High-end and specialty brands

Service availability may vary by location.

Service Call & Diagnostic Fee

A non-refundable service call/diagnostic fee is required for all on-site visits.

Fee is due at time of booking or at arrival.

Diagnostic fee covers inspection and evaluation only.

Repair cost is separate and will be quoted after diagnosis.

If repair is approved during the visit, the diagnostic fee may be credited toward the final invoice at the Company’s discretion.

Estimates & Pricing

All repair estimates are based on:

Observed condition at time of inspection

Parts availability

Labor complexity

Estimates are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to revise pricing if additional issues are discovered after disassembly.

No work will proceed without customer authorization.

Parts & Warranty

Parts

We use new, manufacturer-approved, or equivalent replacement parts when available.

Special-order parts may require advance payment.

Warranty

Warranty does not cover:

Misuse

Power surges

Acts of nature

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay may result in:

Customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and costs if collection becomes necessary.

Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled within service windows.

Customer must provide safe and accessible entry to the appliance.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

No-show appointments may be charged full diagnostic fee.

Access & Work Area Responsibility

Customer agrees to:

Provide clear access to the appliance

Remove personal belongings from work area

Ensure pets are secured

Ensure safe working environment

Company is not responsible for delays or inability to perform service due to unsafe or inaccessible conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Appliance Crews LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages

Consequential damages

Loss of food or wine

Business interruption

Property damage beyond the immediate repair area

Pre-existing appliance conditions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

No Guarantee of Manufacturer Warranty Preservation

We are an independent service provider.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any appliance manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

Service performed may affect manufacturer warranties.

Customer is responsible for verifying warranty status.

Maintenance Plans & Memberships

If enrolled in a maintenance or membership program:

Plans renew monthly or annually unless canceled.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing.

Benefits are non-transferable.

Unused visits do not roll over unless specified.

Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership programs with notice.

You agree not to:
